Pre Installation Mandatory Requirement :

Distilled water or DM water continuous supply with tap for boiler input of % "BSP at 3 feet height.
Room temperature around machine preferably at 25°C with air conditioning or a well ventilated room with exhaust fan. However, surrounding temperature should not exceed 30°C.
Stabilized input voltage of 230V A.C Amps. Use of servo controlled stabilizer is recommended.
Water Drain line with 1/2" nozzle to be provided at floor level.

Construction :

Muffle Furnace Horizontal rectangular Outer body made of thick gauge Mild Steel with powder coating. Ceramic fibre wool insulation to prevent heat loss.
Unilform heat distribution through all four sides with Kanthal Al element.
A special solid state silver fuse for protection of element in case of over-heating
